Private Hot Tub
Heated to 104°F year-round on a smart controller we monitor remotely. Cleaned and chemically balanced after every guest departure. Open 7 AM to 10 PM daily. Towels provided. The hot tub sits on a private back patio screened by mature trees and string lights — guests consistently rate it as the highlight of their stay, especially after a Kings game or a long day exploring downtown Sacramento.
Neon Game Room
Retro arcade games (Street Fighter II, The Simpsons, Mortal Kombat), a regulation-size pool table, ping pong, dart board, and a 3,000-vinyl record collection with record players in every room. Plus a queen Murphy bed for two extra sleepers, bringing total occupancy to 10. The game room is the social hub — guests with kids tell us the kids spent more time here than on the iPad all week.
Tesla EV Charger
Level 2 charger available for electric vehicles. $3 per hour. Typical charge time is 6 to 8 hours. Cheaper than public charging stations and far more convenient than searching for available chargers downtown. Standard NEMA 14-50 also available for non-Tesla EVs with the appropriate adapter.
Gourmet Kitchen
Fellow Stagg EKG kettle, Fellow Ode coffee grinder, Caraway non-toxic cookware, KitchenAid stand mixer, full-size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender. We pre-stock olive oil, salt, pepper, common spices, coffee beans, tea, and pantry staples. Dishes, glasses, utensils, and serving ware for 10. The kitchen island seats 4 with stools.
Backyard Oasis
Eight-burner Mont Alpi stainless grill, gas fire pit, outdoor string lights, six Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table for 8, and a fully fenced lawn with mature trees. The backyard is large enough for cornhole and lawn games. Pet-safe and dog-friendly.
Sleeping Arrangements
Master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with a queen bed. Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks (sleeps 4 kids). Game room with a queen Murphy bed. Total capacity is 10 guests. All linens are premium percale; mattresses are 12-inch hybrid memory foam.
Family Amenities
Pack ‘n Play, high chair, baby bath, changing pad, baby monitor, kid plates and cups, board games, books for kids, outlet covers, and corner guards. Crib sheets provided. The fenced backyard and quiet residential street make this an exceptionally safe choice for families with toddlers.
Work and WiFi
Fiber internet at 432 Mbps download. Bedroom 2 includes a dedicated workspace with a comfortable desk, monitor stand, and ergonomic chair. Property is well-suited for remote workers extending their stay through the week.
