How We Use It
To respond to property-management inquiries and property evaluations, improve the company website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Company inquiry records remain until you request deletion or they are no longer reasonably needed to document and honor the conversation. Confirmed email subscriptions remain until unsubscribe, deletion request, or when no longer reasonably needed to document and honor the communication choice.
Providers and Tracking
We use Google Analytics, first-party event tracking, email delivery, and hosting providers acting on our behalf. This tracking does not record names, emails, or message contents.
Your Choices
Request access or deletion, or opt out of marketing, by emailing info@goodreviewsonly.com. We do not sell personal data. The website does not respond to legacy Do Not Track signals because there is no uniform standard; legally required opt-out preference signals are honored where applicable.
