This policy explains what information goodreviewsonly.com (Good Reviews Only LLC) collects when you visit the site or book a stay at City of Trees House, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We are a small family-run business — we collect only what we need and we never sell guest data.
Information We Collect
When you book a stay, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers), guest count, dates of stay, and any pet or accessibility notes you provide. When you use the chat widget on the site, your messages may be stored by our chat provider Tawk.to. When you subscribe to our email list, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.
How We Use It
To process and confirm bookings, communicate about your stay, send check-in instructions, request reviews after departure, and send occasional newsletters if you opted in. We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand site traffic and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns — these tools collect anonymized usage data and do not see your booking details.
Who We Share It With
Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail email delivery and Calendar sync), Tawk.to (chat), and our email service provider. We never sell guest data to third parties. We share contact information with law enforcement only when legally required.
Your Choices
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from emails at any time by contacting info@goodreviewsonly.com. Past booking records are retained for tax and legal purposes for the period required by California state law.
